Dartmouth Professor Priva Venkatesan, who specializes in "Science Studies", an apparently deconstructionist term that I think she must have made up, since it means that scientific facts aren't real, but social constructs created by the hegemonous patriarchy to keep it's victims down, and celebrating things like "ecofeminism", which apparently is not a patriarchal construct, is suing her students for violating her civil rights due to their "anti-intellectualism".
"They'd argue with your ideas,... and questioned my knowledge" she explained. When one student produced evidence challenging her ideas, several of her class applauded. She denounced their "fascist demagoguery".
Bravo to the Dartmouth students... they have a place in the real world... where we must trust such "exploitive patrimonial" constructs as bridges and buildings that don't fall down, airplanes that don't crash, and oil wells that actually produce.
Dr. Venkatesan, though probably not Dartmouth material, has clearly demonstrated her Yale or Harvard bonafides.
By the way, this one is REAL.
