Less than a majority of the citizenry are opposed to nationalizing the US oil industry.  30 percent of our enlightened populace think government research is the answer to our energy needs.

Republicans are 4:1 in favor of private enterprise, while democrats are "evenly divided".

I saw that same ad this last week... sensors to detectc changes in the electromagenetic (or was it potential) field of the seafloor... I was thinking it was a seafloor seep detection, looking for less conductive hydrocarbons in a a very conductive medium. Just guessing here, though. Let me know what you here, and I will pass on what I hear.
