My last post concerned the vast difference between what was being reported in the New York Times and what was being reported elsewhere with regards to the amount of oil spilled and the underwater column, if any, of oil that was represented.
The National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Administrator felt the news being reported by NYT and others was so misleading or incorrect that it warranted a clarification from the Administrator on behalf of the Deepwater Horizon Unified Command.
