Makes sense. Scale issues are obviously a concern. Is anyone in the guvmint taking these guys seriously?

Makes perfect sense.
Hay and grass are rich in non-polar molecules.
The non-polar molecules in oil bind to those in the grass.
Water is highly polar, repelling oil and grass molecules.
What we are seeing in this demo is the hydrogen bond at work.
